Fixed Asset Overview
IntelliTrack’s Fixed Assets Solution is used to track capital equipment and depreciate items over their lifetime.
A unique bar-coded asset tag is affixed to each asset and then given a description, location, and more than 30 user definable descriptors that can include serial #, cost, purchase date, date received and other important asset detail. A portable handheld scanner/computer is “synced” with the database and used to track the location, move assets, and conduct physical inventories.

IntelliTrack’s Fixed Assets Solution is used by many kinds of organizations including state, local, and federal government agencies, single site and multi-site companies, or any entity that needs to track assets and capital equipment. Banks, insurance companies, or multi-site companies are especially good prospects.
