IntelliTrack Overview
IntelliTrack is a complete
inventory-tracking system that combines state-of-the-art
bar code data collection with easy to use PC Windows
software. It allows you to create your own reports and
import or export data to virtually any system.
IntelliTrack is user friendly and simple to operate. The
IntelliTrack Inventory Tracking System will allow your

The IntelliTrack product line was developed around the concept of reasonably priced applications for bar-code-based inventory control. Each IntelliTrack product is a Windows database application (developed in Microsoft Access 2.0). IntelliTrack was developed as an "open" system, with the source code included so that the system can be easily customized by the user.

Inventory
Inventory Overview
IntelliTrack Inventory is designed to help companies conduct physical inventories and track inventory to its location. Additionally, information about lots and expiration dates of inventory can also be tracked. There is no functionality to receive or issue inventory. All adjustments to inventory are made directly to the on hand quantities or updated as an inventory adjustment upon completion of a physical inventory.
If you want a standalone inventory system that provides for issues and receipts then IntelliTrack’s StockRoom Solution is the perfect fit as it has all of the functionality as inventory with the addition of an issue and receive transaction.
StockRoom
Stockroom Overview
The application keeps track of consumable inventory such as pens, toner cartridges, or any other item that will be “consumed”. Consumable inventory is received and increases inventory levels and then issued to departments or persons, which reduces inventory levels.
Check In/Out
Check In/Out Overview
IntelliTrack Check In-Out is the most flexible of the IntelliTrack applications. It’s really two systems in one. It contains both IntelliTrack Stockroom as well as IntelliTrack Check In-Out. The application allows users to track consumable inventory such as paper, pens and toner cartridges in addition to computers, audio-visual equipment and tools. For the consumable inventory portion new material is received and increases inventory levels and then issued to departments, which reduces inventory levels. In addition to the consumable inventory there is also “Check Out” inventory. This allows capital equipment to be “Checked Out” to an individual or department with the intention that it will be returned. “Check Out” items are tagged with a serialized ID that is unique across all “Check Out” items; much in the same way Assets are tagged in Fixed Assets.
Fixed Assets
Check In/Out Overview
IntelliTrack’s Fixed Assets Solution is used to track capital equipment and depreciate items over their lifetime.
A unique bar-coded asset tag is affixed to each asset and then given a description, location, and more than 30 user definable descriptors that can include serial #, cost, purchase date, date received and other important asset detail. A portable handheld scanner/computer is “synced” with the database and used to track the location, move assets, and conduct physical inventories.
Package Track
Package Track Overview
IntelliTrack's Package Track is normally used by a company’s mailroom personnel to automate the receipt and delivery of the company’s packages or parcels. Packages that are delivered by FedEx, UPS, and any other carriers are easily received into the system using automatic data capture and bar code technology. Package(s) are then delivered to the recipient, scanned, and a signature is collected on the handheld verifying delivery of the package(s).
WMS
WMS Overview
The IntelliTrack WMS front-end was developed in Access 2000 and uses the Microsoft Data Engine or Microsoft SQL for the back-end data storage. MSDE and SQL are 100% compatible with each other so the real question is how many users are to be supported. MSDE is included with WMS and supports up to 5 users and the full Microsoft SQL product is required for larger installations and is purchased separately. This is a substantial departure from the IntelliTrack DMS applications.
