WMS Overview
The IntelliTrack WMS front-end was developed in Access 2000 and uses the Microsoft Data Engine or Microsoft SQL for the back-end data storage. MSDE and SQL are 100% compatible with each other so the real question is how many users are to be supported. MSDE is included with WMS and supports up to 5 users and the full Microsoft SQL product is required for larger installations and is purchased separately. This is a substantial departure from the IntelliTrack DMS applications.
Who uses IntelliTrack’s WMS Batch Solution?
IntelliTrack WMS Batch is an Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving system that is commonly interfaced with an accounting and or ERP/MRP system. The accounting and or MRP/ERP systems feed WMS Batch with sales orders and purchase orders. WMS Batch then validates the receipt and pick against these sales orders and purchase orders.

- IBM-compatible PC with a Pentium II 300 mHz, or higher processor
- (Pentium III 500 mHz or higher is recommended for optimum performance)
- Microsoft® Windows® 98SE, 2000 SP2, ME, NT SP 6a or XP
- A hard disk with 250 MB of free space
- 64 MB of RAM (128 MB or greater recommended)
- SVGA, or compatible monitor
